Original costs are non-refundable. if it was free shipping item(s), the actual outgoing shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds can only be credited to the orignial form of payment used at the time of purchase. All refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt. However, please expect for up to 30 days for the refund to post to your billing statement.
